The Farragut JV Girls played in the Anderson County Girls JV tournament. They won the first game against Campbell County 48-42. The Lady Ads dropped the next game in a hard fought battle with Oneida, 44-46. The next game for Girls JV is home against Catholic at 4:30pm on Tuesday December 11th.
Both Farragut teams lost to Bearden on Friday December 7th. Admirals are away at Stone Memorial High School on Monday December 10th for their next matchup.
The Freshman Boys team pulled out a close win at Powell on December 6th with Carter Mayfield’s layup in the closing seconds. The win was the 2nd for the season for the freshman, who have been in several close games. Next for the Freshman team is at home versus Karns High School on December 12th.
Both Farragut Boys and Girls Varsity teams had close games against Maryville On December 4th, and both teams came up just short. Lady Admirals fell 52-54. The Lady Ads are now 8-1 overall with a 2-1 District 4AAA record. Boys team fell 61-70. 5 Star Preps covered the game, and posted a photo gallery.
The Farragut Freshman Boys team lost two close games on Saturday December 1st: 55-51 to William Blount and 63-55 to South Doyle. Next up is Knoxville West High School on Monday December 3rd at home.
Both Varsity and JV boys lost to Knoxville West High School on Friday night. Varsity score was 65-57.
Farragut Varsity Girls remain undefeated as they beat Knoxville West 80-41 on Friday night.

The Admirals Freshman Boys team earned their first win of the season Thursday (Nov 29th) night with a 66-42 win over the Gibbs Freshman team. The game was played at Gibbs High School.
Congratulations to JV Boys, Varsity Girls, and Varsity Boys, who all came away with wins against Lenoir City Thursday night (Nov 27th). For the Varsity teams, this was a district matchup, adding to the significance of the win. Next up: Farragut Freshman Boys vs Gibbs on Nov 29th at Gibbs.
